Overland has gone 8-2 against Mullen recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Overland Trailblazers will square off against the Mullen Mustangs at 7:00 p.m. One thing working in Overland's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last seven matches.

On Saturday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Overland beat Fossil Ridge 62-56.

Overland's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Isreal Littleton led the charge by putting up 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Siraaj Ali, who posted 16 points.

Meanwhile, Mullen played a tough game on Saturday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against Heritage, falling 66-43. The contest marked the Mustangs' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Mullen's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-5. As for Overland, their win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-9.

Overland beat Mullen 67-59 in their previous matchup back in January of 2024. Will Overland repeat their success, or does Mullen have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
