Loris waltzed into their game on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Dillon Wildcats 71-69. That's more bragging rights for the Lions, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Loris' win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-6. As for Dillon, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-6 record.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Loris will venture away from home to take on Waccamaw at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Dillon, they will head out to challenge Aynor at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
