Softball Recap: Moreau Catholic Mariners vs. Mission San Jose Warriors
Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Moreau Catholic). They blew past the Mission San Jose Warriors 16-3 on Thursday. With that victory, the Mariners brought their scoring average up to 6.7 runs per game.
Moreau Catholic got a massive performance out of Jossi Jones, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. Jones also hit a double, marking her first of the season. Naomi Chen was another key player, going 1-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple.
