The Fruita Monument Wildcats will square off against the Steamboat Springs Sailors at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Fruita Monument is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.9 goals per game this season.

Fruita Monument is headed into Saturday's match following a draw, the team's first since August 28. They and Palisade finished up their matchup with a 2-2 draw on Thursday.

Wilson Siegmund and Alex Ravelojaona scored both of Fruita Monument's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 12 goals.

Meanwhile, Steamboat Springs kept a clean sheet against Coal Ridge on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 victory over the Titans.

Steamboat Springs' win bumped their record up to 6-3-1. Fruita Monument's draw gives them a new season record of 4-4-2.

Fruita Monument might still be hurting after the 7-1 loss they got from Steamboat Springs when the teams last played back in October of 2024. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Wildcats were down 5-0.
