Volleyball Recap: Harrison Comes Up Short

Harrison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the North Cobb Warriors.

Harrison actually scored more points across those three sets (60-58), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The final score came out to 25-22, 18-25, 15-13.

Harrison's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for North Cobb, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-5.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Harrison is set to take on their familiar foe Clarkston at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, North Cobb will square off against rival Sprayberry at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
