Rudder's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Lutheran South Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 5-5.

This contest is shaping up to be a blowout: Lutheran South Academy hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having averaged 58.1 points per game.
