Softball Recap: Lambert Longhorns vs. West Forsyth Wolverines
There's no place like home for Lambert, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-5 victory over the West Forsyth Wolverines on Wednesday. That's more bragging rights for the Longhorns, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
Reagan Young spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and three unearned) runs on six hits and racked up six Ks.
At the plate, Katia Castillo was incredible, going 3-for-4 with a home run and two RBI. That home run was she's first for the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Payton Yi, who scored a run while going 3-for-4.

North Atlanta will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something West Forsyth surely won't give up without a fight.
