Basketball Game Preview: Greece Athena Trojans vs. Fairport Red Raiders

The Greece Athena Trojans and the Fairport Red Raiders will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with five losses in a row dating back to last season, Greece Athena turned things around against Rush-Henrietta on Friday. They came out on top against the Royal Comets by a score of 53-43. The Trojans' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Meanwhile, everything went Fairport's way against Greece Arcadia on Friday as Fairport made off with a 48-23 victory.

Greece Athena's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Fairport, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
