Soccer Game Preview: Algoma vs. Providence Academy

The Algoma Wolves will challenge the Providence Academy Paladins at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Algoma's offense. They came up short against Roncalli on Tuesday, falling 3-0. Algoma haven't had much luck with Roncalli recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Meanwhile, Providence Academy also failed to score in their most recent game. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Kenosha Christian Life on Saturday.

Algoma's defeat dropped their record down to 8-5-2. As for Providence Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 7-9-4.

Algoma beat Providence Academy 3-1 in their previous matchup back in September. Do Wolves have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Paladins turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
