Davis' defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Zach Fisher, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and ten rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Ike Morgan, who scored seven points along with five rebounds and three steals.
It was another big night for Malcolm Johnson, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 13 rebounds for Herriman. Johnson has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last six times he's played. Carlo Mulford was another key contributor, scoring 18 points.
Davis' loss dropped their record down to 17-8. As for Herriman, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 20-5.
