Basketball Game Preview: Lithonia Bulldogs vs. Redan Raiders + Official Tickets

The Lithonia Bulldogs just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Redan Raiders at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. Lithonia has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the game with three straight losses, while Redan will come in with seven straight victories.

On Friday, Lithonia was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 62-61 to North Springs.

While Redan didn't have the best season last year (they finished 4-16), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They walked away with a 67-57 win over Alcovy on Tuesday. Given the Raiders' advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 80th, while the Tigers are ranked 305th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Lithonia's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Redan, their victory bumped their record up to 7-0.

Lithonia couldn't quite get it done against Redan in their previous matchup back in December of 2023 as they fell 55-47. Can the Bulldogs avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
