Millard's pitching crew heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Water Canyon as they made off with a 25-0 victory. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

The team relied heavily on Maren Davies, who went 4-for-5 with four stolen bases, five RBI, and three runs. Those four hits gave her a new career-high. Berkley Stephens was another key player, going 1-for-2 with four runs, four RBI, and one double.

Millard pushed their record up to 9-7 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 20.8 runs over those games. As for Delta, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-11.
Delta's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Millard hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .379. It's a different story for Delta, though, as they've only averaged .238. Will they be able to contain Millard's hitters?
Millard beat Delta 13-10 when the teams last played back in March. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
