Northwest is 8-1 against South since September of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Grizzlies will take on the Titans. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Northwest and four for South.

Thursday just wasn't the day for Northwest's offense. They lost 7-0 to Bishop Carroll on Thursday.

Meanwhile, South came up short against West on Thursday, falling 7-3.

South's loss dropped their record down to 1-7-1. As for Northwest, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-6-2.

Everything went Northwest's way against South in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as Northwest made off with an 8-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Grizzlies since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
