Softball Recap: South Tahoe Comes Up Short

South Tahoe fell victim to North Valleys and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They came up short against the Panthers, falling 15-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 14-0 on Saturday.

This is the second loss in a row for South Tahoe and nudges their season record down to 2-9. As for North Valleys, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-4.

South Tahoe has already played their next game, a 17-0 defeat against Lowry on the 25th. As for North Valleys, a feisty cat fight will be fought as North Valleys Panthers challenge Spanish Springs Cougars at 9:00 a.m. on Friday. Their pitchers better be ready for this one: Spanish Springs has averaged an impressive 7.4 runs per game this season.
