White Bear Lake had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 64-48 victory over the Woodbury Royals. This was a revenge game for the Bears: when they faced off against the Royals back in December of 2024, they had to take a 62-58 loss.

White Bear Lake's win bumped their record up to 19-9. As for Woodbury, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-13.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. White Bear Lake will challenge Duluth East at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Woodbury, they will square off against Forest Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Forest Lake knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven matches -- so hopefully Woodbury likes a good challenge.
