Hanks won the last time they faced El Dorado and things went their way on Friday too. Everything went the Hanks Knights' way against the El Dorado Aztecs as the Hanks Knights made off with a 45-19 win. The Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Hanks to victory, but perhaps none more so than Daisy Fernandez, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 13 boards. That's the most rebounds Fernandez has posted since back in January of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Anette Hernandez, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 15 boards.

Hanks smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 34 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've managed all season.

El Dorado's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Hannah Hicks, who posted a point and ten rebounds, and Mia Nakiso, who scored four points. Hicks has been hot, having posted ten or more boards the last six times she's played.

Hanks' victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-11. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.3 points per game. As for El Dorado, their record now sits at 13-15.

Hanks will venture away from home to challenge Americas at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Americas will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something Hanks surely won't give up without a fight. El Dorado has already played their next game (against Del Valle), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
