Sidney has gone 10-0 against Gering recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Sidney Red Raiders will be playing at home against the Gering Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m.

Sidney is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Scottsbluff just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Saturday. They lost 70-48 to the Bearcats.

Meanwhile, Gering didn't have too much trouble with Alliance on Saturday as they won 63-49.

Gering's win bumped their record up to 7-9. As for Sidney, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-5.

Sidney took their victory against Gering in their previous meeting back in December of 2024 by a conclusive 65-45. Will Sidney repeat their success, or does Gering have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
