Volleyball Recap: Westland Hialeah Takes a Loss

Westland Hialeah was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Dr. Krop Lightning. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lightning this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Tuesday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-16, 25-8.

Westland Hialeah's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Dr. Krop, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record this season.

Westland Hialeah will take on Killian at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Dr. Krop, they will host Norland at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
