While Grant's win against Verdugo Hills wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Lancers sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 victory over the Dons on Wednesday. Grant haven't had any issues with Verdugo Hills recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Grant picked up their first home victory, bumping their record up to 3-8-3. As for Verdugo Hills, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-17-3.
