Lighthouse Christian had won two straight games and Lucas Haymer did his part to make it three on Thursday. The Lions came out on top against the Dickson Academy Falcons by a score of 68-55 with plenty of help from Haymer, who posted 19 points in addition to eight rebounds and four blocks. Haymer is crushing it when it comes to blocks: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season.

The win got Lighthouse Christian back to even at 4-4. As for Dickson Academy, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Coming up, Lighthouse Christian and Marion County will face off at 7:00 p.m. on Friday without much rest, having both just played. Dickson Academy will be paying especially close attention to the Lions' contest: after the Lions face off against Riverside Christian Academy, they'll take on Dickson Academy again at 7:30 p.m. on January 22, 2026.
