Recap: Carolina Forest Panthers vs. North Myrtle Beach Chiefs

This season hasn't been kind to the Carolina Forest Panthers, who are still winless after their sixth game. They had to suffer through a rough 65-38 loss at the hands of North Myrtle Beach. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Carolina Forest has scored all season.
Several Panthers players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Nick Zincone, who scored 11 points. Zincone has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaiden Knowlin, who scored four points along with five rebounds.
Carolina Forest bumped their record down to 0-6 with that loss, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for North Myrtle Beach, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Carolina Forest will take on Loris at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for North Myrtle Beach, their homestand continues as they prepare to take on South Columbus at 7:30 p.m. on December 13th. South Columbus will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in their respective state's rankings (they are ranked 356th in North Carolina, while North Myrtle Beach is ranked 13th in South Carolina).
