Basketball Game Preview: Carson City-Crystal Eagles vs. Ashley Bears

Carson City-Crystal is on a four-game streak of home losses, Ashley a nine-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck will change on Thursday. The Carson City-Crystal Eagles will host the Ashley Bears at 7:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Last Monday, Carson City-Crystal ended up a good deal behind Bath and lost 55-38.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Kieran Craddock, who posted eight points and nine boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Cole Smith, who earned nine points along with six rebounds and three steals.

Meanwhile, Ashley lost 67-41 to Coleman on Tuesday.

Ashley's loss dropped their record down to 1-18. As for Carson City-Crystal, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-15.

Carson City-Crystal took their victory against Ashley when the teams last played back in January by a conclusive 56-35. Will Carson City-Crystal repeat their success, or does Ashley have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
