Baseball Recap: Peyton Panthers vs. Calhan Bulldogs

Peyton stacked a ninth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Monday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Calhan Bulldogs a 27-0 shutout. Peyton's hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Bryce Love made a splash no matter where he played. He pitched an inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Love was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-3 with five RBI, three runs, and a double. He hasn't dropped below three RBI for three straight games.

In other batting news, Noah Martin and Michael Perry did most of the damage at the plate: Martin went 2-for-3 with three runs, three RBI, and a triple, while Perry scored four runs while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.
