Long County extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Jamere Martin. The Blue Tide walked away with a 66-54 win over the Tattnall County Warriors on Saturday thanks in part to Martin, who dropped a double-double with 25 points and 11 boards. Thanks to that strong game, he now owns an excellent 46.5% field goal percentage.

Another player making a difference was Jy'Son Mallard, who posted ten points. He has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last three times he's played.

Long County's record now sits at 4-1. As for Tattnall County, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Long County will host Jenkins at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Blue Tide will be up against the Warriors' rather soft defense (which has allowed 50.5 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Tattnall County, they will challenge Claxton at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
