Grove City and Lebanon squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Grove City had to settle for second. They wound up with the same score they had in their last game (5-3), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time. Their loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Grove City's defeat dropped their record down to 13-11. As for Lebanon, the victory was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 21-3.

Grove City does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lebanon, they will face off against Lancaster at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Warriors 2, the Golden Gales 1.8) so any runs scored will be well earned.
