Claymont is headed into Tuesday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fifth straight game on Friday. They were beaten by Hiland 67-35. While losing is never fun, the Mustangs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 627th, while the Hawks are ranked 44th).

Meanwhile, Indian Valley came tearing into Friday's match with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 20.2 points) and they left with even more momentum. They enjoyed a cozy 69-51 win over the Trojans.

Indian Valley pushed their record up to 15-4 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.8 points over those games. As for Claymont, their loss dropped their record down to 5-14.
