Volleyball Recap: St. Monica Academy Comes Up Short

St. Monica Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Flintridge Prep Wolves. If the Crusaders were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Wolves when the teams met back in August of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

St. Monica Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, St. Monica Academy will venture away from home to square off against Hoover at 3:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Flintridge Prep, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Pilibos on the 15th.
