Volleyball Recap: Clio Takes a Loss

Clio lost against Grand Blanc back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Mustangs took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bobcats.

While Clio was not able to win a set, they sure kept things interesting: every set was decided by exactly two points. The match finished with set scores of 27-25, 25-23.

Grand Blanc can attribute much of their success to Pariss Keahey Harris, who had three digs and two aces. What's more, Keahey Harris racked up ten assists, the most she's had over her last seven contests.

Clio has been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-18-1 record this season. As for Grand Blanc, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-26-3.

Looking ahead, Clio will challenge Hamady at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Grand Blanc does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
