Sheridan has gone 10-0 against Philo recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Sheridan Generals will head out to square off against the Philo Electrics at 7:30 p.m. Sheridan is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.

On Saturday, Sheridan was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 52-48 to Northridge. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Generals came into the matchup with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 228th, while the Vikings are ranked 469th).

Meanwhile, Philo lost to Zanesville at home by a 61-42 margin on Friday. The Electrics have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The loss was their first at home , dropping their record down to 3-5. As for Sheridan, their record is now 5-5.

Sheridan didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Philo in their previous meeting back in January of 2024, but they still walked away with a 65-59 win. Will Sheridan repeat their success, or does Philo have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
