Saint Mary's Hall's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Ava Wineglass led the charge by dropping a double-double with 15 points and 13 boards. The matchup was Wineglass' fifth in a row with at least 15 points. Isabella (Beya) Chase was another key player, putting up 17 points in addition to seven rebounds and five steals.

Saint Mary's Hall's victory bumped their record up to 13-1. As for Boerne-Champion, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-7.
