Lake Gibson's win came from a few key players Horizon will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Shania Benjamin, who posted 11 points. Another player making a difference was Jakhia Willis, who scored ten points.

Horizon's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-8. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.7 points per game. As for Lake Gibson, their win bumped their record up to 5-13.

This contest is shaping up to be a blowout: Horizon hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having averaged 58.4 points per game.
