Pennington won the last time they faced Appalachian and things went their way on Thursday too. The Tigers walked away with a 2-0 win over the Eagles. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Tigers.

Pennington's victory bumped their record up to 12-14. As for Appalachian, they dropped their record down to 6-6 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.
