The Pinellas Park Patriots will head out on the road to face off against the Canterbury Crusaders at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Pinellas Park is hoping to put an end to a 14-game streak of away losses dating back to last season.
Pinellas Park suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Friday. They had to suffer through a rough 76-27 loss at the hands of Largo. While losing is never fun, Pinellas Park can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 674th, while Largo is ranked 321st).
Meanwhile, Canterbury's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their sixth straight loss. Their rough 62-42 loss to Brandon Academy might stick with them for a while. Canterbury was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 35-12.
Pinellas Park's loss dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Canterbury, their loss dropped their record down to 2-11.
