Football Recap: Long County Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Long County came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They were outmatched by the Calvary Day Cavaliers and fell 47-13. The matchup marked the Blue Tide's lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Long County's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Calvary Day, they pushed their record up to 5-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Looking ahead, Long County will challenge Windsor Forest at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Blue Tide are facing the Knights at the right time seeing as the Knights are stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Calvary Day, they will square off against Islands at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Cavaliers will be up against the Sharks' rather soft defense (which has allowed 34.33 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
