Basketball Recap: Parkside Comes Up Short

Parkside played a tough contest on Wednesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against the Washington Jaguars, falling 61-38. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Jaguars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 47-15 back in January.

Parkside has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-13 record this season. As for Washington, the win got them back to even at 7-7-1.

Parkside has already played their next game (against Crisfield), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Washington, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Snow Hill at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
