On Friday, St. Xavier faced Archbishop Moeller in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The St. Xavier Bombers put the hurt on the Archbishop Moeller Fighting Crusaders with a sharp 46-22 victory. The Bombers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 24 points or more this season.

St. Xavier's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Brayden Reilly, who went 5 of 7 on his way to 13 points and five steals. The dominant performance gave Reilly a new career-high in steals. Jacob Wassler was another key player, going 5 for 7 to rack up 14 points.

St. Xavier is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 17-3 record this season. As for Archbishop Moeller, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-5.
