Basketball Recap: Hill City Takes a Loss

Hill City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a blow against the Littlefork-Big Falls Vikings, falling 96-46. The contest marked the Hornets' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Hill City's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Littlefork-Big Falls, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hill City will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Bigfork at 7:15 p.m. on January 7, 2025. Littlefork-Big Falls also won't see the court for a while: their next matchup is against Greenway at 7:15 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
