The Carver Yellowjackets will head out to take on the Rockingham County Cougars at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Carver is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.5 goals per game this season.

Rockingham County will be up against a hot Carver team: the squad just extended their winning streak to three. The Yellowjackets never let Morehead get on the board and left with a 6-0 win on Monday. It was an even better day for Joel Sonntag as he scored three goals for his team.

Meanwhile, Rockingham County sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 victory over Reidsville on Monday.

The win got Rockingham County back to even at 7-7-2. As for Carver, their victory bumped their record up to 5-1.

Carver skirted past Rockingham County 3-2 when the teams last played back in September. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Yellowjackets since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
