Basketball Recap: Buffalo Takes a Loss

Buffalo was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a hard 68-49 fall against the St. Michael-Albertville Knights. The game marked the Bison's lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Buffalo's defeat dropped their record down to 9-9. As for St. Michael-Albertville, their victory bumped their record up to 13-7.

Looking ahead, Buffalo will head out to face off against Minnetonka at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Minnetonka's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 14 contests. As for St. Michael-Albertville, they will be playing at home against Eden Prairie at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Eden Prairie knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matches -- so hopefully St. Michael-Albertville likes a good challenge.
