Basketball Game Preview: Bethel Christian Academy Crusaders vs. Heritage Christian Eagles

The Bethel Christian Academy Crusaders and the Heritage Christian Eagles will compete for holiday cheer at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

Bethel Christian Academy is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They took a 61-56 hit to the loss column at the hands of The Franklin School of Innovation.

Meanwhile, Heritage Christian came up short against Judah Christian Academy last Friday and fell 54-42. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Heritage Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Bethel Christian Academy, they now have a losing record at 3-4.

Bethel Christian Academy didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Heritage Christian in their previous meeting back in February of 2023, but they still walked away with a 62-57 victory. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was Heritage Christian's Eli Tomblin, who posted 30 points.
