Soccer Recap: Pilgrim Comes Up Short

After flying high against Ojai Valley last Tuesday, Pilgrim came back down to earth. The Panthers came up short against the Rio Hondo Prep Kares on Tuesday, falling 6-2. Pilgrim were not able to make up for their loss to Rio Hondo Prep from their previous meeting back in December of 2024.

Pilgrim's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Rio Hondo Prep, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Coming up, Pilgrim will be home for the holidays to greet Lighthouse Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Rio Hondo Prep, they will venture away from home to take on Bosco Tech at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
