Basketball Game Preview: Holy Cross Crusaders vs. Ascension Academy Cardinals

Holy Cross is headed into Friday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Tuesday. They took a blow against Southcrest Christian, falling 65-22.

Meanwhile, Ascension Academy had to suffer through a 71-38 loss at the hands of All Saints Episcopal School. The matchup marked the Cardinals' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Holy Cross' loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Ascension Academy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.
