Brookwood has gone 5-0 against Peachtree Ridge recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Brookwood Broncos will head out to take on the Peachtree Ridge Lions at 5:30 p.m. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Brookwood took a loss when they played away from home on Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. They blew past Meadowcreek, posting a 63-28 win. Given the Broncos' advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 193rd, while the Mustangs are ranked 461st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Peachtree Ridge). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat Berkmar 59-18. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Lions considering their 19-point performance the contest before.

Brookwood's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-10. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.2 points per game. As for Peachtree Ridge, their win ended a six-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-18.

Everything came up roses for Brookwood against Peachtree Ridge in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, as the team secured a 71-31 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Brookwood since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
