Basketball Recap: Rapid River Wins Going Away Against Mid Peninsula

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against North Dickinson, Rapid River was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They walked away with a 47-39 victory over the Mid Peninsula Wolverines. That eight point margin sets a new team best for the Rockets this season.

Rapid River's win bumped their record up to 4-12. As for Mid Peninsula, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.

Rapid River has already played their next matchup (against Superior Central), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Mid Peninsula didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 75-40 defeat against Carney-Nadeau on the 31st.
