Game recap: Upper St. Clair High School Football Team defeats North Allegheny

WEXFORD, Pa. - After trading leads five times, Upper St. Clair (Pa.) snatched the lead for good when Joe Repischak threw a touchdown to Dustin Hess in the third quarter, paving the way for victory over North Allegheny (Wexford, Pa.) 40-23.

After taking the lead on a touchdown pass by Cage Galupi to Paul Blendinger, the Tigers went into halftime with a 15-14 lead. The Panthers scored the winning points with a touchdown pass by Repischak to Hess that came in the third quarter.

Repischak dashed for two rushing touchdowns during Upper St. Clair's triumph.

North Allegheny came in surrendering 14.7 points per game this season. NA had a hard time against Upper St. Clair's offense, which entered the game scoring 37.5 points per game.

The loss comes after North Allegheny defeated Bethel Park 28-0 last week. The loss snapped North Allegheny's three-game winning streak.
