Soccer Game Preview: Millikan vs. Compton

Millikan is a perfect 10-0 against Compton since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Rams will take on the Tarbabes at 5:30 p.m. Millikan is coming into the contest hot, having won their last eight games.

Millikan barely beat Lakewood the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Rams put the hurt on the Lancers with a sharp 4-1 victory on Friday. Millikan might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matchups by three goals or more this season.

Meanwhile, for the first time since back in November of 2025, Compton was forced to settle for a draw on Friday. Neither they nor Jordan could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Millikan's win bumped their record up to 17-3-2. Compton's draw makes their record 3-14-3 this season.

Millikan got the 'W' in their previous matchup back in January against Compton by a conclusive 8-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Rams since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
