Oakland won the last time they faced Fremont and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Wildcats walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Tigers. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.

Oakland had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-21, 25-19, 25-8.

Oakland's win bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Fremont, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Oakland is set to square off against their familiar foe Life Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Fremont will challenge rival Madison Park Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
