With a playoff win on the line, Malcolm rose to the challenge on Friday. They blew past the Central City/Centura Kernels 10-0. The Clippers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 18 matchups by seven runs or more this season.

Malcolm let Logan Mcgreer and Justin Wisnieski run wild. Mcgreer went a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI, one run, and one double, while Wisnieski got on base in all four of his plate appearances with three runs and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Cole Tiedeman, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs and one RBI.

Malcolm always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .576. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their OBP total in three consecutive contests.

Malcolm's win bumped their record up to 28-2. As for Central City/Centura, they moved to 24-2 with that loss, which also ended their seven-game winning streak.

As of now, neither Malcolm nor the Kernels have any future games scheduled.
