Soccer Recap: Wayland Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Wayland's offense. They came up short against the Hopkins Vikings on Thursday, falling 4-0. Wayland have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Wayland's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Hopkins, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-1-1.

Coming up, Wayland will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Lowell at 6:00 p.m. As for Hopkins, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Hackett Catholic Prep at 5:00 p.m. on April 15.
