Volleyball Recap: Northeast Comes Up Short

Northeast lost against Lincoln College Prep back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Vikings took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Blue Tigers. The Vikings' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it four in a row.

Northeast now has a losing record of 5-6-1. As for Lincoln College Prep, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 13-4-2.

Looking ahead, Northeast will venture away from home to challenge Winnetonka at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Vikings are facing the Griffins at the right time seeing as the Griffins are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Lincoln College Prep, they have already played their next matchup, a 1-1 draw against Staley on the 25th.
